Coral Gables

Located southwest of downtown Miami, Coral Gables is the perfect place to experience Miami without being taken in by the downtown lifestyle. The population is just over 42,000. Coral Gables was the first planned community, with strict zoning regulations in the area.

Coral Gables is a pedestrian friendly destination. Home of the University of Miami, which is the largest employer in the city. Coconut Grove
